Cara Loper is a graphic designer living in Dallas (but has lived all over the United States). In 2003, she graduated with a BFA in Multimedia Communications from The American Academy of Art in Chicago. She interned at the world-famous Merchandise Mart in Chicago in 2002 in the Print Communications Department.
Following college and throughout the years, she's actively designed for various clients in addition to working as a "Creative" for Apple Inc. downtown Chicago. In addition to her love of graphic design, she's also held the role of Marketing Manager for Classic BMW in Plano, TX and loves some good communication and conversation. So, she's pretty well-versed in what clients are after. She serves on the board of directors with the ArtCentre of Plano as Graphic Design/Marketing co-chair where she volunteers along with so many other talented souls. Although it's a world of digital, she still LOVES the smell of ink on paper and paint on canvas.
High-spirited, light-hearted, creative, and a little taller than your average female, her escape away from screen time is cooking...and (in her husband's opinion) can whip up some of the best pasta dishes, ever. You may catch her dancing to "Freedom" by George Michael during screen breaks in her home office.
